[b]Roleplay: [/b]Make sure everything you do has roleplay involved. This is a roleplay server, so think to yourself "Would I do this in real life" and if the answer is no, then don't do it! Failing to RP is a bannable offense and is not taken lightly by the admins! So before you jump your car off a 10 story building or break into the army base, think! This includes not taking advantage of game mechanics. Can you lockpick a tank without getting killed by AI in the naval base? Yes! But would you be able to in real life? No! [b]Cop Baiting[/b]: This is a huge one! It goes hand in hand with FailRP usually! If your motive for doing something is "I wanna get caught by the police" or "I wanna get in a police chase," then you're cop baiting! Any act to intentionally grab the attention of the police is cop baiting and will get you banned, so don't do it! [b]Obvious disregard for our in game laws[/b]: traffic, felony, misdemeanor - and clear disregard for our server rules, will lead to a ban.  There is no RP reason to just speed everywhere you go and follow absolutely no traffic laws.  The only reason is, you want to be chased...this is cop baiting as an example. [b]Role-playing sexual assault:[/b] (non-consensual touching, rape, etc.) Is prohibited! Stream-sniping is prohibited. Doing so will result in a ban! Entering the military base is prohibited! There is no way in real life that you are  [b]Going to get into a United States military base:[/b] it's not possible, there are too many armed guards and gates and such, it's not realistic, and will be considered failure to roleplay and you WILL BE BANNED! Stealing military vehicles is prohibited, including but not limited to: tanks, fighter jets, infantry transport vehicles, UAZs, military fuel tankers, cargobobs, and armed military helicopters.  [b]Entering mission row detention area is prohibited:[/b] there are too many armed police officer, cameras, security panels, etc., that you would have to get past, this is not realistic, and will be considered failure to roleplay which, in turn, will result in a ban! [b]Stealing a cop car: [/b]AI or player from any station is considered FAIL RP and will result in a ban without hesitation. Realistically, there's too much security for you to get anywhere close to one. Stealing AI cop cars or ambulance is bannable period. The AI are not intelligent enough to respond to such behavior. Player owned cop cars may he stolen but only on the street. It cannot be stolen from a station. Same goes for Ambulances. You cannot steal it from the stations or hospitals.  [b]Sexual harassment and stalking:[/b] of a member is a ZERO TOLERANCE. If you are found guilty, you will be permanently banned. [b]No Power gaming: [/b]Power gaming is defined as: Using mechanics or roleplaying mechanics that do not exist. Eg. Your buddy is allergic to leather, so you “RP” that you hitched a seat to the top of a bus so he could have an excuse to ride on the top. [b]Combat logging:[/b] is prohibited including using /respawn while involved in an RP situation is not allowed. Logging out of the server to avoid incarceration, or an RP situation is also prohibited and will be met with a ban. [b]No Metagaming:[/b] Metagaming is defined as: Using external factors, information, or knowledge your character would not be able to obtain through normal means of gameplay. [b]Use of auto-clickers:[/b] is prohibited, including using them to connect to the servers. Random Deathmatching (RDM) is prohibited - you must have a reason to kill someone, a rival gang member, drug deal gone wrong, etc. [b]Exploiting bugs is prohibited:[/b] doing so will result in an immediate ban! [b]You must make a first and last name:[/b] a last initial is not acceptable. YOUR NAME MUST BE REALISTIC! E.g Asses Mcbuttface is not acceptable. [b]Do not go AFK:[/b] for extended periods of time. [b]AFK farming: Is prohibited[/b] and will be considered an exploit. This will result in an immediate ban! [b]All emergency medical services[/b]: fire department, and law enforcement personnel are required to be in our Discord on the ops channel corresponding to the server you are actively on duty in. [b]Modded/hacked clients[/b] are prohibited, use will result in immediate ban! [b]If there are no police online[/b], player to player crimes, such as kidnapping, robbery, etc., should not be abused. [b]DO NOT police the police[/b], if you think you were treated wrongly or unfairly, make a post in the appropriate complaint section on the forums. [b]Fail RP:[/b] Driving on rail tracks, above and below ground, is considered a form of fail RP - you would most likely damage your vehicle, be reported by railroad personnel, etc. [b]Racism:[/b] No racism will be allowed any such conduct will be immediate ban from the community. [b]Age Limit:[/b] You must be 14 years of age to play on the server and a minimum of 16 years of age to apply for any LEO/EMS/Fire/Dispatch [b]Applications for emergency personal:[/b] You must serve on the server for at least 2 weeks as a civilian prior to applying for any LEO/EMS/Fire/Dispatch and you must be 16yr's of age [b]Character Amount: [/b]You can only have up to 5 characters if you wish to delete a character you must go to the forums and submit a character deletion request! if you are found with more than 5 chars you will be warned and all your accounts will be deleted, if you do it again you will be banned and all accounts deleted. [b]Suicidal Roleplay[/b] : At no point during your roleplay on the server will you roleplay committing or wanting to commit suicide. This includes self harm. if you are caught it will be an immediate ban from server no warning. [b]911 Calls: [/b]All 911 calls need to be submitted in the game for roleplay, anything not submitted will not be dispatched.  Officers are allowed to call into dispatch and have a # created for something they witness or if they are waved down.
